These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kkdb ("kkdb", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kkdb website located at https://kkdb.lat and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the kkdb website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Each individual person is permitted to register and maintain only one active account on the kkdb platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited.

When registering an account on kkdb, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kkdb may result in account suspension or termination.

kkdb supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions on kkdb are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. kkdb does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of kkdb.

• Deposits are credited to your kkdb wallet within moments of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes for verified mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same kkdb account.
• kkdb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods not registered in your name.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to the withdrawal request being submitted.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all kkdb promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account, unless specified otherwise.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law. kkdb does not seek to exclude or limit rights that cannot be waived by contract under applicable law.
